Damage Protection & Security Policy (Applies in Limited Cases): To help us maintain this home to the highest standard for all guests, a $250 refundable security deposit/small damage waiver may be required in limited, clearly defined situations, including: • All first-time renters/guests on Airbnb with no prior reviews • All guests under the age of 25 • All Last minute/same day check-in reservations • All reservations during the 2026 World Cup in Atlanta due to unusually high demand The coverage is designed to protect against minor accidental damage only and helps us keep the home beautifully maintained.
