Kimball’s place is just as described. He is very responsive and attentive. Since my first time staying at one of his properties I always try to stay at one anytime I’m in Atlanta. They do book fast which means he’s a great host and has great properties. You go wrong with this host!

10/10 I highly recommend!!!! Kimball is such an awesome & wonderful host! He kept us updated every step of the way, from the initial booking process, all the way to check out. Kimball even offered us things to do and places to visit during our stay. The house itself was immaculate! Very roomy and private at the same time. We honestly enjoyed ourselves and our stay in Atlanta for our son’s birthday. Thanks again for accommodating us!!!!

The air bnb was very clean. Very neat & exactly as advertised. Kimball was gracious enough to extend our check out time last minute. He was very professional and responsive. Thank you for a great experience!

This house and the hosts were phenomenal. We had a small group of ladies and we all felt comfortable there. The furniture was comfortable and the house was beautifully decorated. Would gladly stay there again. 10/10 would recommend.

My sisters and I stayed here, there were for of us, and it was truly amazing!!!! The place looked better that the pictures and it truly felt like home. It made us want to just sleep all day because of how cozy, clean, and comfortable it was. I truly appreciated the cleanliness and his effective and enthusiastic communication and hospitality!!! I definitely would love to stay here again!❤️

I loved the home. The host also sent local recommendations. For someone on vacation looking for good food, I truly appreciate his suggestions. The food hall was amazing. We went twice! Without his recommendation, we would’ve never known!

Kimball is a superhost. He offers wonderful suggestions for restaurants and activities in the Atlanta area. Super responsive and friendly. The home is Beautiful and the neighborhood is quiet. We felt safe and comfortable. The neighborhood is walkable with many stores, restaurants and parks nearby. My family and I enjoyed how each room in the home is uniquely decorated. The beds are super comfortable and the bathrooms are amazing. Each bathroom felt like a spa experience. Kimball offered top quality beauty products ranging from shampoos, body wash and beauty masks in all the bathrooms. The home offers various ways to entertain whether you are relaxing on the various decks or playing billiards and games in the game room. The hot tub is in a private location and the sun room is a perfect to relax or do a yoga/pilates workout. The kitchen is massive with updated appliances. You can have wonderful meal times with family on the dining room table or the kitchen island.

I had a great stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was very responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The location was perfect and made getting around really convenient. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth, enjoyable experience.
