You will have the entire 3bedroom home all to yourselves, including use of the patio deck and large fenced in backyard.

This adorable 3-bedroom, 2bathroom home is perfect for your vacation rental needs. When you step into the front door you will be greeted with an open floor plan that features the living room, dining room and kitchen with hardwood floors throughout the home. The living room features a sectional sofa that pulls out at night and provides a 4th bed option. The kitchen features all stainless-steel appliances and the dining room table seats four, with 2 additional high-top chairs if you perfect to have a meal or snack from the kitchen island. Off to the left of the living room, there is a small bedroom/office with a daybed (2 twin beds), closet, and office desk, office chair and router, perfect for small kids to use as well as for your work from home needs. The two primary bedrooms and bathrooms are in the back of the home, both bedrooms feature king size beds with TV's. The master bedroom has an ensuite full size bathroom, including walk-in shower and the hallway bathroom is for use by the guests in the 2nd full size bedroom. Events & Additional Guests Policy The nightly rate covers lodging only for the number of guests listed on your reservation. Any event, gathering, or visit involving additional guests—no matter the size or duration—requires prior approval and an additional event fee. Extra guests or events are not included in the standard booking price and may result in additional charges if not disclosed in advance. Damage Protection & Security Policy (Applies in Limited Cases): To help us maintain this home to the highest standard for all guests, a refundable security deposit or small damage waiver may be required in limited, clearly defined situations, including: • All first-time renters/guests on Airbnb with no prior reviews • All guests under the age of 25 • All reservations during the 2026 World Cup in Atlanta due to unusually high demand The coverage is designed to protect against minor accidental damage only and helps us keep the home beautifully maintained. Guests with established and positive Airbnb review history/reviews ARE NOT subject to this requirement. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.

Other Details to Note

This home is centrally located near downtown Atlanta and a short drive to many great landmark local hangout districts including East Atlanta Village, Decatur Square in downtown Decatur, and the historical Kirkwood district. All three locations feature great restaurants, shops and live music.
