Events & Additional Guests Policy The nightly rate covers lodging only for the number of guests listed on your reservation. Any event, gathering, or visit involving additional guests—no matter the size or duration—requires prior approval and an additional event fee. Extra guests or events are not included in the standard booking price and may result in additional charges if not disclosed in advance. Group travel - traveling with a group? We have multiple homes nearby, message us for options. Damage Protection & Security Policy (All Reservations): To help us maintain this home to the highest standard for all guests, a $250 refundable security deposit/damage waiver is required for all reservations. This is in addition to the nightly rental rate. The security deposit will be charged 1-3 days before check-in via secure link and refunded back to you automatically upon successful checkout with no damages. The coverage is designed to protect against minor accidental damage only and helps us keep the home beautifully maintained. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.
