Kimball was very helpful with recommendations and very responsive. Everything matched the description and pictures, the house was very clean with the basic amenities which made myself and family feel right at home. I will definitely book with Kimball again. A+ host! Thank you so much.

I don’t typically rent air bnb’s. I’m old school so I go with hotels…but my daughter convinced me that we needed more space and I’m glad she did. It was a great stay. It was cozy and felt like home. Kimball was friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend the space.

This was my 4th maybe 5th stay at this rental. That alone should tell you something. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood near great restaurants, shopping, parks, etc. Kimball is such a great host who has been prompt with responses and has been very accommodating.

Kimball’s place was perfect for us and close to our family in Alpharetta. It was cozy and accommodated all of us for seating, which is hard to find. We would love to stay here again :)

Great place! My family and I really enjoyed our stay! My favorite part was that the front porch light was on when I arrived. I arrived after dark and had little kids to unload. I just feel like this was a kind gesture and a simple task that made a huge impact.

Kimball was a great host. He was very quick to respond and helpful with any questions we had. The place was clean, neat, and tidy. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The seating in the main living area with tv was comfortable. I enjoyed the deck with the new outdoor furniture. We were very close to downtown and had a great time.

The home was a perfect location and met our needs. Kimball was very proactive AND responsive to all messages and he was very easy to work with. He offered up suggestions of some of his favorite places and things to do in the area. We would definitely stay in this home again!!

Home is in an older established neighborhood that is slowly up sizing to larger more expensive homes. Very large treed lot so it's pretty peaceful. It's also close to main roads, retail, and restaurants. Home is nicely appointed, as photos show.

The house was fantastic and well kept. The host was excellent and very responsive to anything we needed. We had our family come over and had a nice evening laughing and catching up on old times. They all loved the house as well. Plenty of space and accommodations. It was just my wife and I that stayed there, but it was nice to have the options of 2 other bedrooms to use if needed. If your looking for a nice little house to spread out in, it’s way better than any local hotel. We will be back in the future the next visit to Georgia. Thank you Kimball for a job well done.

Kimball was such an amazing and responsive host! He was very quick to respond and ensured my overall stay was great ! His place matches the pictures and it was a beautiful home ! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very spacious! The home was very clean. The multiple cars parking on premise was a bonus ! Overall I had an amazing 5 star stay ! I look forward to staying here again !
