Awesome Stay! The pictures does not do this beautiful home justice!! My husband and his friends enjoyed themselves and what a way to celebrate turning 50. The location is perfect! If you’re thinking about booking, think no longer. Will definitely book again!

The honest was beautiful and the host was very customer service friendly! Check-in and check out was easy. The host even gave near by activities for us to check out while we were in ATL. The house was exceptionally clean and smiled so good. I had trouble initial with the door keypad but that was minor.

we needed a staycation weekend getaway and Kimball's listing did not disappoint The home was beautiful and decorated so creatively. We loved the different themes throughout the entire house, it also was very spacious for the 4 of us visiting this weekend. The deck had a nice lounge area and the cozy fireplace as we watched TV and played games. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook the perfect breakfast as well. Playing skeebelall and pool was also a nice touch. It was close to all the great eatery spots and local shops. We would definitely visit again as it was the perfect weekend.

Kimball was lovely. I hope to stay at another of his properties in the future. The pictures matched the listing to a T. The house was beautiful and it felt like its own private area. The alarm system was a plus!

Great hosts! Great location! Great Airbnb! I’m always looking for a home that can comfortably accommodate my family while still giving us a whole vibe and this home delivered. The host was absolutely amazing, responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making sure our stay was perfect. Their hospitality took the entire experience to another level. From the colorful design to the thoughtful details and modern elegance, everything about this space was intentional and inspiring. Kimball’s home was amazing! We celebrated a very important birthday there, and from the time of booking to checkout, we were supported and taken care of beautifully. The pictures do not do this home justice — it’s truly a stunning space with an awesome team behind it! We will definitely be staying again and highly recommend it if you’re looking for an ideal location in Atlanta with great vibes, great views, and an experience that exceeds expectations. One of the best Airbnb stays I have ever had. Was here at Kimbell’s place for a post surgery recovery and it was not just clean and cozy, but he was so responsive and accommodating to any questions. The home was lovely and had the best decorative interior. I could have taken home the couch myself. Stay here if in doubt.

Great location. Versatile layout. Excellent build and interior design. Close to city for meetings and attractions for leisure. Good car access to interstates and bike access to BeltLine. Vibrant neighborhood. Very busy corner. Enough soundproofing to sleep well. Felt safe and secure. Will be back. Heavy traffic but soundproofing made it work.

I was in town for a business conference and shared the AirBnb with 4 other people. It was the perfect size - spacious, yet cozy - for our group, and an ideal location with restaurants close by yet tucked away in a woodsy neighborhood to keep our mornings peaceful. Kimball was so great about letting us in a bit early as 2 people in our group flew in several hours before the rest of us. I would definitely recommend this place for families or a small group of friends looking for a peaceful getaway that's still near some amenities!

I honestly have zero complaints about this place. It was perfect for us. My daughter wanted to invite 4 of her friends for her sweet 16 birthday weekend in Atlanta. The room that has the bunkbeds was perfect for all 5 of them. The beds were not small at all! These girls slept comfortably. They even enjoyed playing the board games downstairs. The patio is nice and The outside lights around the house were a nice touch. Definitely will recommend (told my fb audience) and would stay again.
