Great home, would recommend. This property has great proximity to grocery, highway, airport, and nature/exercise. This was a family trip and we spent a lot of time in the kitchen and on the patio talking and bonding making up for business work lives kids and responsibilities. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a family atmosphere or hosting an alternative family vacation. Go sit on the patio and talk to your grandparents about their marriage and your pursuit of God! Great experience with this home!

Kimball was an absolutely fantastic host! My husband and I were helping our daughter, son-in-law, and two young grandchildren relocate across the country due to a change in his military duty station, quite the adventure! After a long journey spanning six states, we were so grateful to arrive at Kimball's cozy and inviting home. Kimball was incredibly responsive and helpful from the beginning. He was prompt in responses and even shared some great spots to check out on the East End, which we truly appreciated. The entire process was seamless and stress-free, exactly what we needed after such a long road trip. The neighborhood itself was peaceful. Conveniently located to explore all the highlights of Atlanta. The home was clean and comfortable. Our entire family was thoroughly impressed with the experience. Thank you, Kimball, for your hospitality and kindness. We’re grateful for the experience and would absolutely stay again!

Kimball was very helpful with recommendations and very responsive. Everything matched the description and pictures, the house was very clean with the basic amenities which made myself and family feel right at home. I will definitely book with Kimball again. A+ host! Thank you so much.

I don’t typically rent air bnb’s. I’m old school so I go with hotels…but my daughter convinced me that we needed more space and I’m glad she did. It was a great stay. It was cozy and felt like home. Kimball was friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend the space.

This was my 4th maybe 5th stay at this rental. That alone should tell you something. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood near great restaurants, shopping, parks, etc. Kimball is such a great host who has been prompt with responses and has been very accommodating.

Kimball’s place was perfect for us and close to our family in Alpharetta. It was cozy and accommodated all of us for seating, which is hard to find. We would love to stay here again :)

Great place! My family and I really enjoyed our stay! My favorite part was that the front porch light was on when I arrived. I arrived after dark and had little kids to unload. I just feel like this was a kind gesture and a simple task that made a huge impact.

Kimball was a great host. He was very quick to respond and helpful with any questions we had. The place was clean, neat, and tidy. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The seating in the main living area with tv was comfortable. I enjoyed the deck with the new outdoor furniture. We were very close to downtown and had a great time.

The home was a perfect location and met our needs. Kimball was very proactive AND responsive to all messages and he was very easy to work with. He offered up suggestions of some of his favorite places and things to do in the area. We would definitely stay in this home again!!
